The Munich-based Kaerly Studio, the new hotspot for sustainable interior design in the Bavarian capital, provided the perfect setting for the Think! Kitchen-Talk, where slow fashion met slow food. Together with host Christoph Mayer – CEO and lead designer of the Austrian shoe brand Think! – and Holger Stromberg – former chef and nutrition coach for the German national soccer team, who made a name for himself as a Michelin-starred chef at a young age and now works as a culinary architect, advising and driving visionary food projects with partners – we invited attendees to a lively discussion on true sustainability as part of the PR event in May 2024. Under the motto "You Better Think! Twice," the press event offered everything needed to highlight the unifying slow philosophy: deep insights into the sustainable product philosophy, a hands-on experience with the colorful new Think! models, and culinary delights prepared by Holger Stromberg using locally sourced slow-food products.
